How to set up a reoccurring payment


Below are more details on how to set up the standing order. If you have your banking app on your phone (if you do not, we recommend that you download one), then it is very easy to set up a standing order.

How to set up a Standing Order?

There are 3 ways how you can set up the Standing Order Payment:

  • Online

  • In your mobile banking app

  • Go into a branch to set up a standing order

Every bank has slightly different procedures in setting up the Standing Order.

Below are the Bank details you require:

Account: Universal Soul Service Ltd

Sort Code: 404609

Account number: 12011069

Reference: - Your full name, so we will know your payment has been received

Date: If it is your first time you can start any time and adjust the date later.

For the recurring payment please set the due Date as 25th of the Month

(eg. for August access, set July 25th as the Date.)

Online banking

  1. Once logged in, select “Move Money or Pay & Transfer” and choose the account you'd like to pay from

  2. Select “New payment or transfer” and then “New payee”

  3. Select “enter details”

  4. Please select REPEAT (Standing Order)

  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the payment

Mobile banking

  1. Once logged in, select “Move Money” and choose to “send money within the UK”

  2. Select the account you’d like to pay from, then select “Payees”

  3. Select “Pay someone new” then “using UK bank details” or “using mobile number (PAYM)”

  4. Please select REPEAT (Standing Order)

  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the payment

Once the payment has been made it cannot be recalled so please make sure the details you use are correct.

You may cancel the standing orders anytime.
